Mindfulness on Death wisdom from the Buddhist Text by Thanajayo Bhikkhu

This vdo explores how to the Buddha reminds us not to be careless by the right way of reflecting on Death and cultivating the “anicca saññā.” The four causes of death are also explained.

As he mentioned in Jara Sutta;

“When young, one is subject to aging;

when healthy, subject to illness;

when alive, subject to death.”

Even if you live for a hundred years,

you’ll still end up dying. Death spares no-one,

but crushes all underfoot.”

(Jara Sutta: SN 48.41)
