A "habit" is a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously. Human life is run by both good and bad habits. Though bad habits cannot be removed, they can be replaced with other good habits. By developing some keystone habits, both good and bad habits we already have will be automatically developed.
