How to overcome sleepiness during meditation.

Sleepiness is one of the five hindrances or obstacle when practicing meditation which hinder us from maintaining our consciousness during meditation.

Falling asleep during meditation is a very common issue among meditators which may be hard to deal with. However, there are a number of things we can do to make sleepiness less likely to occur.
